Patient Care Quality Review Boards (PCQRB)

Service Description

The Patient Care Quality Review Board (PCQRB) Act established a Patient Care Quality Office (PCQO) in each health authority to receive and respond to patient concerns. The PCQO receives and reviews care quality complaints. If dissatisfied with how the complaint was handled or the response received, clients can request a review of the matter by a PCQRB. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
