Provides opportunities for people with disabilities to network, support each other, and share their life experiences and skills. Peer Outreach offers one-on-one check-ins from an outreach worker online or via phone for anyone in the persons with disabilities community who is experiencing isolation, loneliness, or disconnectedness. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 am to 2 pm Fridays.
