Provides a short-term stabilization home for youth ages 13 to 18 referred by MCFD. Offers a safe home environment with wrap-around supports, while working with youth and their circle of care to develop a plan toward stabilization. Assists youth to transition to longer-term stable housing and to strengthen relationships and/or reconcile with their families. Also makes referrals and works with other community resources in the youth's best interest.
