Offers a free online collection of tips, handouts, webinars, and courses designed to help workers care for their own mental health, support colleagues, and build a supportive workplace community. Also provides a variety sector-specific resources and initiatives designed to create more psychologically healthy workplaces. Courses are free, self-paced, and available across BC. Offered in partnership with Actsafe, Community Social Services Health and Safety Association of BC and go2HR. Funded by the Province of British Columbia.
