Provides confidential, 24/7 access to a personal support forum for Canadian residents age 14 and up who are wishing to recover from an eating disorder or disordered eating. Forum is monitored by a team of trained mentors who read and respond to all of the participant's posts. The forum is secure and private, with only one participant per forum, and a response team of two to five mentors. There is no limit to how long a person can receive support in the program. No medical referral or diagnosis is required.
