Poverty Law Advocacy

Provides advocacy and support regarding issues such as financial matters, tenancy rights, income assistance, disability assistance, pensions, and WorkSafe BC. Also offers public legal education sessions to interested community groups. Serves Chemainus, Cowichan Bay, Crofton, Duncan, Ladysmith, Lake Cowichan, Malahat, Mill Bay, Youbou. Office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by The Law Foundation of British Columbia.
