Powell Place Emergency Shelter for Women

Provides year-round low-barrier, 24-hour emergency shelter for 52 self-identified women experiencing, or at risk of homelessness. Women are supported in retaining their autonomy, regaining their independence, and building skills to move forward in life. Services include three meals per day, one-on-one support and advocacy, crisis intervention, referrals, housing search assistance, and accompaniment to appointments. Referral accepted from self or other. Does not accept pets. Not wheelchair accessible.
