Provides primary care health services by an interdisciplinary team to marginalized populations residing in the West End, Yaletown, Fairview Slopes, False Creek, South Granville, downtown Vancouver business district, and Downtown South. Clients tend to not have a primary care physician, and/or may have challenges accessing traditional health services. Clients seeking assessment for methadone and suboxone starts should arrive at 12 noon to obtain appointments between 1 pm and 3 pm Monday to Friday, or inquire about alternative times. Clients may or may not have Medical Services Plan (MSP) coverage; walk-in clients will go through intake to become a patient at the clinic. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
