Works in partnership with the community, clients, and landlords to support the homeless in securing and maintaining stable long-term housing. Helps clients find long-term housing in a timely manner, create short- and long-term goals, develop social relationships, access community resources, and promote self-sufficiency. Also works with landlords to build positive working relationships, communicate successfully with clients, help integrate clients into permanent housing, and to access landlord supports and community resources. The program accepts donations of furniture and small appliances. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
