Provides public health nursing services. Prenatal and Early Years services include prenatal nutrition and lifestyle information; education and information on pregnancy and childbirth; postpartum support, including physical and emotional well-being for mothers and babies; breastfeeding assessment and support; and child health clinics and immunizations. School-age Health services include immunization, health promotion, and nutrition education, as well as vision, hearing, speech, and dental screening. Also provides Fluoride Varnish Program for children under three, dental health education, and information and referral to dental programs for low-income families and seniors with no dental health insurance coverage. Services are coordinated through local school districts; no referral is required. Office locations include Abbotsford, Agassiz, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Delta, Hope, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission, New Westminster, Tri-Cities, Surrey, and White Rock. Office hours vary.
