Provides same-day access to urgent primary care. Offers patients access to a team of healthcare professionals to provide immediate care, and ongoing care through referrals to a range of community services and supports. Urgent care services deal with illnesses and injuries that should be addressed by a health care provider within 12 to 24 hours but do not require the level of service or expertise found in an emergency department. Also provides services for patients including the frail elderly, people with mental health and substance use concerns, and patients unattached to a physician. Hours are 12 noon to 8 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 2 pm on weekends and statutory holidays; call during hours of operation to book a same day appointment.
