A transitional group home for Indigenous female youth ages 12 to 18 who are in the care of Vancouver Aboriginal Child and Family Services Society (VACFSS). Home is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Connects residents to community resources while providing one-to-one support and opportunities to participate in cultural activities and ceremonies. Also teaches life skills and self-care, and helps maintain ties with family and community. Offers support to youth in transition to foster care or working towards living independently. Referral required from VACFSS.
