Provides free, confidential, centralized and wrap around support to child survivors and witnesses of violence. Serves children and youth ages 18 and under. Multidisciplinary team includes mental health professionals, child and family advocates, police, child protection workers, and medical staff. Counselling team guides survivors through the justice system, offering emotional support throughout and after the entire process. Also offers a child-friendly space for forensic interviews, and a support dog on-site. Serves Vancouver Island north of Malahat and from Nanaimo South. Hours are 9 am to 9 pm Tuesday to Saturday.
