Record Suspension Program

Assists individuals with the process of applying for a record suspension (formerly called a pardon), including providing administrative support and financial assistance to cover any application fees. Eligible individuals must have completed all sentences, including fines, probation, or parole, and the appropriate waiting periods; and be eligible for record suspension. Individuals living outside of the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley will receive support by distance. Serves BC and the Yukon.
