Offers weekly virtual and in-person group therapy for individuals ages 19 years and older who are navigating moderate to severe mental health and substance use challenges, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Each group is facilitated by at least two clinicians; choice between Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) approaches. Self-referrals accepted through Access Central; also accepts referrals from health care professionals within Fraser Health. Groups available in Burnaby, Chilliwack, Langley, Mission, Surrey, and White Rock. Phone hours are 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.
