Provides portable rent supplements to people at risk of homelessness so they can access housing in the private market. Program assists youth transitioning out of foster care, women who have experienced violence or are at risk of violence, individuals leaving the correctional and hospital systems, and individuals of Aboriginal descent. Also offers support for accessing housing and community services.
