Provides respite care for children and youth with special needs and/or complex mental health issues. Resipite offers the provision of intermittent or temporary overnight out-of-home accommodation and care of children in order to provide the family with an interval of rest. A family support worker assists to increase the family's resiliency. Referral and funding by Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). Office hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
