Rehabilitation programs for individuals who have had driving prohibitions, suspensions, and/or criminal code convictions related to drinking and driving, and are referred by the Office of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles. Participation is a requirement for individuals who want to maintain or renew their driving license. Stroh coordinates this program on behalf of the Ministry of Attorney General.
