Alternative, out-of-court process provides an opportunity for offenders, victims, and affected community members to meet and discuss the impact of the offender's actions and to work on a resolution to repair the harm. Offenders must be age 18 or up and accept responsibility for causing harm. Referral required from Central Okanagan RCMP Courts, Community Corrections, or ICBC. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
