Works on behalf of the Ministry of Finance to collect money owed to government. Helps manage overdue payments for: court fines, employment income assistance repayments, student loans, health fees for international students, BC emergency ambulance invoices, Fair PharmaCare monthly deductible payment option and Medical Services Plan (MSP) premium payments. Premiums will be eliminated as of January 1, 2020, but MSP premium debts from before that date remain payable. Customer Service Centre assists with payment, account information and balances. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
