Provides holistic services for individuals facing barriers to employment to learn life and employability skills, discover interests, and obtain training and work experience to find and sustain meaningful employment. Services include employment counselling, group-based workshop series, life skills training, mental health support, help with career decision making, job readiness/search skills, occupational skills training, vocational assessments, certifications and upgrading, work experience opportunities, financial supports while in the program, and more. Intakes are continuous and ongoing. Office hours are 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by the Government of Canada through the Canada-British Columbia Workforce Development Agreement.
