Seniors Abuse and Information Line (SAIL)

Confidential telephone line for older adults and those who care about them to speak to a professional intake worker about abuse, mistreatment, and any issues that impact the health and well-being of an older adult in BC. Language interpretation is available. Hours are 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays. Funded by Government of BC and Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).
