Seniors Abuse and Information Line (SAIL)

Information and referral line provides intake for legal and victim service programs as well as assistance to older adults and third parties to navigate the systems that impact an older adult, including situations of abuse, neglect or self-neglect. The line also provides information about elder abuse prevention. Hours are 8 am to 8 pm weekdays and 10 am to 5:30 pm weekends, except holidays. Both language interpretation and TTY services are available from 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, except holidays. Funded by Government of BC, and Provincial Health Services Authority.
