Seniors Community Connector - Williams Lake

Wellness coordinator connects adults age 50 and over to local, non-clinical community services to elevate their quality of life through enhanced social connectedness and physical activity. The prescription may include physical activities, social activities, nutrition/food security programs, caregiver programs, and opportunities to access services in the community. Serves Williams Lake and surrounding area. Program hours are 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Ministry of Health (MOH) and managed by United Way BC as a Seniors Social Prescribing program.
