Supports seniors to secure stable housing that is appropriate and safe. Does not directly provide housing, but offers support in accessing BC Housing resources, securing SAFER rent subsidies, and reviewing eligibility for government supports. The Navigator can also help clients with their housing search, tenant applications, review of lease terms, and home set-up. Depending on a client's situation, the program has limited funds to help with transitions such as moving costs, damage deposits, and first month's rent.
