Provides assessment and treatment for older adults experiencing psychiatric and/or medical issues that are interfering with functioning and independence. Health issues may include chronic disease, dementia, risk or history of falls, medication management, and caregiver challenges. A team consisting of geriatric and psychiatry specialists provide assessments and recommend treatment plans. A physician referral is required. Serves the Comox Valley. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
