Provides support services to assist seniors in maintaining their independence while staying connected to their community. Services include one-on-one support, individual advocacy, information and referral, and form completion assistance (on topics such as housing and relocation resources, legal resources, and assistance navigating the medical system). Volunteers drive clients to the centre if needed and also offer reassurance by phone to isolated seniors on a weekly basis.
