Provides 56 units of supportive housing for women who have been impacted by violence and/or substance abuse. Services include accompaniment, activity groups, advocacy, emotional support, group support, an outreach team, and information and referral. Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) clinical housing team is available onsite to work exclusively with Sereena residents. Rent is charged. No minimum or maximum stay, though a three-month commitment is preferred. Visiting hours are 9 am to 11 pm. Funded by and applications through BC Housing.
