Service BC Centre - Cranbrook
Offers a range of BC government services and information, including provincial government payments; birth, death, and marriage certificate applications; name change services; business registration; child care subsidy program; residential tenancy information; fish and wildlife licenses; and Medical Services Plan (MSP) registration and billing payments. Residential school survivors, their families, and those impacted by the Sixties Scoop may change their name to reclaim their Indigenous name at no cost; names may include Indigenous language characters. Services vary by location; see website for full list of services offered. Office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
