A mobile outreach van provides accessible and inclusive outreach to communities facing technological and geographical barriers in accessing government services. Services include birth, death, marriage, and change of name certificate applications; ICBC driver licensing; ID verification (photo BCID or BC Services Card); residential tenancy information; hunting and fishing licenses; Medical Services Plan (MSP) registration; and provincial government payments. Residential school survivors, their families, and those impacted by the Sixties Scoop may change their name to reclaim their Indigenous name at no cost; names may include Indigenous language characters. Also provides essential services in times of disaster.
