Assists permanent residents, refugees and protected persons with their settlement process by providing orientation to Canada as well as guidance and support to access relevant government and community services. Offers needs and assets assessments, and orientation and referral on settlement topics including: housing, money management, English language training, health care, and Canadian law, rights, and responsibilities. Services are offered in English as well as Amharic, Arabic, Dari, Hindi, Mandarin, Pashto, Punjabi, Somali, Spanish, Swahili, Tigrinya, Turkish, and Urdu. Interpretation available for additional languages. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
