Provides settlement assistance for permanent residents, individuals selected to become permanent residents, and protected persons. Services include support to help individuals and families adjust to life in BC, help accessing government public services, such as medical care and schooling, information and referral to community resources, form completion assistance, and interpretation and translation services. Offers targeted programs for immigrants, refugees, seniors, women, and youth. Hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
