Offers settlement services for immigrants and refugees. Serves recently naturalized citizens, refugee claimants, temporary foreign workers, post-secondary international students, and provincial nominees who are not yet permanent residents. Settlement services include information and referral, orientation workshops, education and short courses, accompaniment services, and form completion assistance. Services are offered in English; interpretation for in-house services may be arranged as needed. Drop-ins are welcome. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and Ministry of Municipal Affairs as a BC Newcomer Services Program (BCNSP).
