Settlement Workers in Schools (SWIS) Program

Provides settlement services for immigrant and refugee students in Greater Victoria, Sooke, and Saanich School Districts attending Kindergarten to Grade 12, as well as their families. SWIS workers help immigrant and refugee families adjust and integrate into community, home, and schools. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
