Provides a home-like environment for individuals with a serious mental illness. Each resident has their own private room, with centralized kitchen and living facilities, and care and support services. Focus is on acquiring skills to live as independently as possible. An adult tertiary rehabilitation and residential facility providing 24-hour care. Referrals are through the Regional Tertiary Utilization Committee (RTUC) email address. Referral required from health authority or partnering agency and psychiatrist.
