Provides clinical counselling for children and youth under age 19 and their families, where sexual abuse or sexual assault has been disclosed. Services are also offered for children and youth where there is risk of sexual exploitation or when inappropriate sexual behaviours have been identified with children under 12 years. Services are strength based, collaborative and aim to reduce stigma, improve community support and promote positive mental health. Referral accepted from self or other. Serves Nanaimo and Ladysmith. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by MCFD.
