Provides trauma-informed and culturally safe support to victims of a sexual assault of all ages and genders. Services include emotional support, advocacy, safety and wellness planning, accompaniment to medical and/or criminal justice system services, information about the criminal justice system and court process, and information and referral to other agencies and services. Also offers third party reporting to victims of sexual assault; staff report the assault to police on behalf of the victim who remains anonymous. Serves Enderby, Malakwa, North/South Shuswap, Salmon Arm, Sicamous, and Sorrento. Funded by Ministry of Public Safety and?Solicitor?General (MPSSG).
