A community centre for seniors ages 55 and older, providing recreation, social, and fitness programs; fees charged. Optional membership costs $50 per year and provides discount on most activities. Volunteer seniors advocate helps fill out forms to access government or community services, suggests ways to reduce financial debt, links people to other agencies, and provides other support relevant the individual's particular situation. The public dining room is open from 12 noon to 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 6 pm, seven days per week. Lunches are $14 and dinners are $17 per person. More Than Meals delivers three meals a week for seniors; cost is on a sliding scale dependent on income. Free soup offered on the third Monday of the month from 12 noon to 2 pm.

The Social Prescribing Program connects adults ages 55 and older living on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island (including Sidney, North Saanich, Central Saanich, Brentwood, Royal Oak, and Cordova) with local, non-clinical community services aimed at enhancing their health and wellness while reducing the negative impacts of social isolation and loneliness. The Community Connector collaborates with program participants to develop a personalized Wellness Plan that addresses their specific wellness goals. The Connector also assists in accessing relevant local resources and navigating systems. Self-referrals are welcome, as are referrals from local healthcare providers, social workers, and community members. Hours are 9:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. The program is funded by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and managed by United Way BC.

The Centre serves the Saanich Peninsula. Centre hours are 8:30 am to 8:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Fridays; and 9 am to 5 pm Saturdays.
