Free, secure service allows individuals to auto-file their income tax and benefit return by phone, digitally, or by paper. Service is available to Canadians with low or fixed income whose tax situations remain unchanged from year to year. Eligible individuals receive an invitation letter in February containing the information required to use the service. See website for the February date when service opens for use each tax year.
