Social Concern Office

Offers emergency food assistance for clients. Advocacy Services are available by appointment only. Also provides clients with referrals to other community resources, and Christmas hamper assistance to low-income seniors ages 60 and over. Choices Pantry food program hours are 12 noon to 3:45 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and 3 pm to 6:45 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Office hours are 12 noon to 3:45 pm Mondays, and Wednesday to Friday; 2 pm to 5:45 pm Tuesdays. Closed on statutory holidays and third Thursday of the month. Serves Vancouver Island; see website for other addresses.
