Sources Family Law Program

Provides pro bono legal information and resources to individuals dealing with family law issues. Legal advocates and the staff lawyer assist in matters of separation, divorce, guardianship and parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and protection orders as well as applications to Legal Aid BC. Assistance is also provided with form preparation, court preparation and accompaniments to court, appointments with lawyers and other related appointments. Services are available in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. Serves Delta, Langley, Surrey and White Rock. Office hours are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday; appointment required. Funded by the Law Foundation of BC.
