Provides pro bono legal information and resources to individuals dealing with family law issues. Legal advocates and the staff lawyer assist in matters of separation, divorce, guardianship and parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and protection orders as well as applications to Legal Aid BC. Assistance is also provided with form preparation, court preparation, legal information, and emotional support. Services are available in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. Serves Delta, Langley, Surrey and White Rock. Office hours are 9:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday; appointment required.
