Matches qualified and screened community based caregivers who share their home and provide ongoing support to adults ages 19 and older with developmental disabilities. Contractors are matched with the specific needs, interests, and lifestyle preferences of the person receiving support. Serves the Lower Mainland. Referrals and funding through Community Living BC (CLBC). Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday; appointments required.
