Sources Home Share Program

Provides a supported living option for adults ages 19 and older with developmental disabilities who require support to live an independent everyday life. Home Sharing Contractors provide full-time, personalized support in community-based homes, ensuring that the individual is included in all aspects of daily and family life. Contractors are matched with the specific needs, interests, and lifestyle preferences of the person receiving support. Serves the Lower Mainland. Referrals are through Community Living BC (CLBC). Office Hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, however, as the staff work in the community, appointments are necessary.
