Sources Women's Place Resource Centre

Provides information, resources, and support to help women empower themselves. Drop-in centre offers a safe, non-judgmental environment for women and their children. Programs include a hot lunch from 11:30 am to 1 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, and women's and children's clothing exchange 10 am to 2 pm Wednesdays and Fridays. Trauma support group meets from 1 pm to 3 pm Tuesdays; registration required. Shower and laundry services are available by appointment only.
