Funds and supports nonprofit agencies that provide human and social services. Also engages citizens in community planning initiatives leading to the enhancement, development, and delivery of community health and social service programs. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Serves Southern Vancouver Island and the Southern Gulf Islands.
