Special Services to Children and their Families - Surrey

Offers specialized one-to-one support and group programming for children and youth ages five to 18 who have developmental and/or physical disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. Program addresses goals such as life skills, social skills, communication skills, and appropriate behaviours at home and at school, and in the community. Activities take place in community centres and events, parks and recreation programs, shopping malls, and theatres. Can accommodate children who are in a wheelchair. Referral is required by Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) through a Child and Youth Support Needs (CYSN) social worker.
