Stabilization and Transitional Living - Mollie's Place

A Stabilization and Transitional Living Residence (STLR) Program providing up to 30 days of short-term residential stabilization for women ages 19 and older who are preparing to transition into longer-term residential treatment or supportive recovery programs. Offers a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment to support stability, enhance readiness for treatment, and improve connection to community services. Services include brief assessment, individualized recovery and wellness planning, supportive counselling, substance use education, relapse prevention, health promotion, stress and anxiety management, emotional regulation support, OAT stabilization, structured daily programming, and community transition planning. Referrals must be made by a Fraser Health addictions counsellor or mental health clinician through Central Access; priority is given to individuals referred from withdrawal management services or hospitals.
