Stabilization and Transitional Living - Valley House

A Stabilization and Transitional Living Residence (STLR) Program offering up to 30 days of short-term residential stabilization for six men ages 19 or older who are preparing to transition into a longer term intensive residential treatment or other supportive recovery programs. Offers a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment to support stability, enhance readiness for treatment, and improve connection to community services. Services include brief assessment, recovery and wellness planning, group and individual counselling, relapse prevention, and health promotion. Accepts clients on OAT. Referrals are accepted from service providers, including addictions counsellors, mental health clinicians, outreach workers, and community support workers, and must be submitted through Central Access. Mobility can be accommodated. Smoking permitted.
