Provides free and confidential counselling to children, youth, adults, seniors, and families who have concerns about their own or another's use of alcohol or drugs, or other behaviours such as problem gambling, internet addiction, and sex addiction. Counselling is also provided to those who grew up in addicted families. Services include screening and assessment, intervention services, and referral to support groups, as well as individual, family, and group counselling. Counselling may be provided in the office or on an outreach basis. Referral from self or other. Addiction prevention activities include school-based and community-based education and awareness programs. Serves Bella Coola Valley.
