Provides assessment, counselling, and referrals for adults age 19 and over who are struggling with substance use and/or have a mental health issue. Service is also available to those affected by others' substance use. Committed to a harm-reduction approach. Free, community based, open access counselling service for individuals who reside in the West Shore (Colwood, Highlands, Langford, Metchosin, Sooke, Victoria, and View Royal). Funded by Island Health.
