Provides reception, information and orientation, and referral services to new immigrants, refugees (government assisted, privately sponsored, blended visa office-referred (BVOR), and protected persons), refugee claimants, and migrant workers at Vancouver International Airport. Operation hours are 8 am to 8 pm daily, except statutory holidays. Office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
